This position is responsible for assisting the Department Manager in the achievement of company, store and department goals as communicated by the Store Owner and Department Manager.

Must be able to provide exceptional customer service on a consistent basis.
Must be able to affirm and support the values of Kudrinko’s Ltd.
Assist in the development of the team by supporting the training, coaching and recognition of department staff. Effectively communicate operational goals, procedures and safety protocols.
Maintain merchandise displays, ensure proper rotation, and store cleanliness.
Support the department manager with inventory control and ordering.
May be requested to undertake other related duties on a periodic basis.

Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
College diploma in business management or marketing an asset.
Five years experience in a retail setting.
Strong understanding of gross margins and pricing strategies.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills.
Clear and effective communication style, both written and oral.
Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining priorities and a high level of performance.
Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
Required to stand and walk for long periods of time during shift.
Required to lift, carry or handle heavy objects.
